- Duplicate Purchases: If you encounter a duplicate purchase or double charge, you may request a refund at any time.
- Product Issues: We offer a 7-day (1 week) refund policy if a product does not meet its description, is the wrong edition, or is improperly formatted. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
- Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchase a product, please inform us immediately. We will try to refund 100% of the amount on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as how promptly you informed us and whether the product was downloaded.
